Scoopers Dog Waste Removal – Service Policies

Pricing Policy

  1. Quotes in most cases are accurate, however, no pricing is final until the yard is fully inspected on the first visit. Scoopers will communicate with you if there is any price change before starting services.
  2. Our service fees are based on the size of a standard 1/8-acre backyard. Yards larger than this will incur an additional fee. If you need your front yard cleaned, the charge will depend on its size and the number of dogs, and any additional fees will be discussed.
  3. Customers who choose to pause services for any reason may be subject to initial cleaning fees before being added to the monthly service again.
  4.

Payment Policy

  • If you sign up for a Scoopers promotion offering a one-time free first clean-up and cancel after the second month. You will be charged a cancellation fee of $125.00.
  • Payments for reoccurring services are due on the first day of each month for services previously received.
  • If payments are late you will be subject to a $10 late fee.
  • Services will stop immediately if your payment is not received.
  • When first linking a debit or credit card to your online portal a test transaction for $1.50 will occur.
  • Fees and Promotions are subject to change at any time. In this rare circumstance, you will be notified at least two (2) weeks before any changes.
  •

Weather Policy

  • Scoopers operates 12 months a year and will always show up when weather conditions are safe regardless of rain, snow, or other unfavorable weather conditions.
  • If Scoopers is unable to provide service for one week because of unsafe conditions we will perform services the following week, and clean up the accumulated dog waste. Since a scheduled service was missed, Scoopers will be cleaning up double the dog waste and spend double the time cleaning up your dog waste. You will still be charged for the full month.
  •

No Access Policy

  • If Scoopers is unable to access your yard because your gate has been locked you will still be charged for the cleaning.
  • Your Scoopers Technician will knock at your door, attempt to call you, and send you a text message, before skipping your yard cleanup for that day.
  •

Dangerous Pet Policy

  • We love dogs, but will NOT enter a yard if the dog(s) are outside unattended by the owner. This is for our safety.
  • If Scoopers believes that your dog is aggressive, or will not let us clean the yard we will make attempts to contact you by knocking on your door, calling, and sending a text message. If Scoopers is unable to clean due to a dangerous dog you will still be charged for the visit.
  •

Cancelation Policy

  • Scoopers has no contracts and customers can cancel services at any time for any reason with 72-hour notice. Customers can call in to cancel, send us a text message or update their subscription plan through the customer portal.
  • Customers that pause services for certain times of the year will be subject to initial cleanup fees, or spring cleanup fees when they return to their initial subscription.
  • If a customer cancels services halfway through the month they will be charged immediately for services that have previously occurred.
  • If you sign up for a Scoopers promotion offering a one-time free first clean-up and cancel after the second month. You will be charged a cancellation fee of $125.00
  • Customers who would like a skipped service and do not notify Scoopers 72-hours in advance will still be charged for cleanup as we will serve double duty the following week.
  •

Client Responsibility

  • As the client, you are responsible for maintaining safe access into and out of the yard (if we are unable to clean due to access, you will be charged for that cleanup), immediate notification of any changes in the number of pets and prompt payment of balances due.
  • If for any reason your pet(s) will not be using the yard for a certain period (i.e. vacation, illness, etc.) and you do not wish to be charged for an unnecessary visit(s), please let us know in advance to pause the service up to one month. After one month, we will automatically cancel, and an initial cleaning fee will apply when you sign up again.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain a yard free of clutter, overgrown grass, or other obstructions that may prevent Scoopers Dog Waste Removal and its representatives from performing their duties in an effective manner. Scoopers Dog Waste Removal is not responsible for missed pet waste if such conditions exist.
    • The Scooper will not walk through dense trees or brush to remove the poop.
    • It is the clients responsibility to notify our team if there is a change of listed dogs using the yard.
